Charts, Graphs, and Diagrams
Spreadsheets and graph are used because they are very easy to use and very helpful. Different types of charts are used to display various informarion. Charts, graphs and diagrams are used to do the same thing. They are just set up in different ways. It is better to use graphic pictures instead of words because some people need an example to look off of in order to understand the concept. The one word i would use is either parties or schoolwork. basically i would only use it for organization.

Excel Enhancements
Most excel enhancements are helpful. For example, smart art is very helpful whenever someone is attempting to do a presentation or trying to impress someone. Smart art is basically an enhancement that gives you different pictures that will be able to help you in whatever you are trying to do. another thing that is helpful is title alignment because whenever your title is too big, title alignment will help you change the degrees that it appears to be and you can change the degrees to work at your advantage.
